Cocktailed Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients
  Hard boiled eggs 6
  Tomato ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Cream/Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Cut the eggs in half and keep yolk aside.
MAKING
2)Mix the egg yolks, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to a smooth paste.
3) Spoon the paste into the hollows of the egg white halves
SERVING
4)Arrange eggs on a platter.
5) Garnish eggs with chopped parsley, juliennes of pimientos, olives etc if you like.
