Honey Egg White Frosting
|Honey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla/Other flavoring||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In a saucepan, pour in honey and heat over low fire for 8 minutes.
2) Remove from heat and allow cooling.
3) In a bowl, add egg whites to beat to stiff.
4) Gradually pour in honey and beat the egg whites until thick.
5) Drizzle in flavoring.
6) Add finely chopped nuts or dried fruits or coconut to get different flavor and texture.
7) Use the mixture to frost any cake or cupcake.
