Ingredients
  Milk 5 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon (As Per Requirement)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (As Per Requirement)
  Salt To Taste (As Per Requirement)
  Eggs 5
  Onion 1 , slit into thin strips
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 4
  Cinnamon stick 1⁄2 Inch
  Green chilies 3 , slit lengthwise
  Ginger garlic paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon (Dhaniya Powder)
  Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil in wok, when hot, add mustard seeds & allow them to splutter; Then add cumin seeds, cloves, green chillies, onions & saute until onions turn golden brown.

Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, milk & mix well.

Add Eggs, scramble them & cover for a minute.

Serve Hot.
