Easy Poached Eggs Using Vinegar
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|White vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
1) Take a 2-quart casserole, combine water and vinegar in it and microwave for 5 to 6 minutes at Power Hi until water boils.
2) Crack each egg into a separate custard cup and slide eggs, one at a time, into hot water.
3) Cover this with plastic wrap tightly and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes at Power 5 until whites are set and yolks are soft-set.
4) Leave to stand, covered, for 1 minute and with a slotted spoon, remove them from cooking liquid.
5) Use it as required.
