Cheese Egg Scramble

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded iceberg lettuce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 6
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a skillet, heat salad oil for 2 minutes, stir in iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, chopped onions, green pepper, well beaten eggs, pepper, salt and Parmesan cheese and stir thoroughly.
2. Add the vegetables and cook for about 9 minutes, stirring each 2 minutes.
3. Cook, covered, for 3 minutes more.

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
