Special Stuffed Eggs
|Eggs||8 , hard-cooked|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cream cheese||4 Tablespoon|
|Half and half||1 Tablespoon|
|Peach||4 (Canned / Fresh)|
Halve the hard-cooked eggs.
Melt the butter.
Remove the yolks from eight of the egg halves and mix with the melted butter, mayonnaise and curry powder.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Mix the yolks from the remaining halved eggs with the cream cheese and cream.
Pipe into eight of the egg whites.
Garnish with sliced olives, pieces of peach and the caviar.
Pipe the chilled curried mixture into the remaining egg halves and garnish with a candied cherry.
