|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Huckleberries/Blueberries / 1 package, 10 ounces frozen blueberries, thawed and drained||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Spice crumb topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In a mixing bowl cream together butter and sugar.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Turn into buttered 8- or 9-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle evenly with huckleberries, then with Spice-Crumb Topping.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
