Ingredients
  Baked tart shells 8 (7.5 Centimeter Size)
  Cooked crayfish tails/Shrimp meat 250 Milliliter
  Grated medium cheddar cheese 250 Milliliter
  Eggs 8
  Hot cheese sauce 375 Milliliter
  Red caviar 30 Milliliter
  Black caviar 30 Milliliter
Directions

Place the crayfish tails into the tart shells.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated 400°F (200°C ) oven for 4-5 minutes.
While shells bake, poach the eggs.
Place 1 egg in each tart shell.
Cover with cheese sauce, sprinkle with caviar and serve at once.
