Eggs Chef K Style
|Baked tart shells||8 (7.5 Centimeter Size)|
|Cooked crayfish tails/Shrimp meat||250 Milliliter|
|Grated medium cheddar cheese||250 Milliliter|
|Hot cheese sauce||375 Milliliter|
|Red caviar||30 Milliliter|
|Black caviar||30 Milliliter|
Place the crayfish tails into the tart shells.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated 400°F (200°C ) oven for 4-5 minutes.
While shells bake, poach the eggs.
Place 1 egg in each tart shell.
Cover with cheese sauce, sprinkle with caviar and serve at once.
