|Mornay sauce||375 Milliliter (Hot)|
|Baked tart shells||8 (7.5 Centimeter)|
|Grated medium cheddar cheese||250 Milliliter|
Steam the cauliflower until very tender.
Stir the cauliflower into the mornay sauce.
Poach the eggs.
Place an egg in each tart shell and smother with sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place on a baking sheet.
Broil in a preheated oven until cheese melts.
Serve very hot.
