Kipper And Egg Mash
|Baking potatoes||4 Large|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , chopped|
|Frozen peas||3 Ounce, Defrosted (175 Gram)|
|Red leicester cheese||60 Milliliter, grated (4 Tablespoon)|
|Cheddar cheese||60 Milliliter, grated (4 Tablespoon)|
1)Bake potatoes in hot oven.
2)Butter fish and cover in foil.
3)Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
4)In a mixing bowl, mix peas and chopped egg.
5)Once fish is cooked, pour juice from fish over eggs and peas.
6)In a bowl, remove flesh from fish and flake it.
7)Halve baked potatoes and separate the flesh.
8)Mash and mix into fish. Blend to combine very well.
9)Season according to taste and transfer back to potato skins.
10)Sprinkle both Cheddar cheese and red Leicester cheese on top and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts and browns.
11)Garnish with egg slices and dill. Serve hot.
