Eggs benedict are a breakfast dish made with combining poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, over English muffins. There can be as many variations to eggs Benedict like eggs florentine, egg montreal, eggs royale, country benedict etc.
Ingredients
  English muffins 2
  Hollandaise sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Canadian bacon 6
  Eggs 4 , poached
Directions

1. Slice and toast the muffins.
2. Also toast the bacon.
3. Place bacon on the muffins, followed with poached eggs.
4. Pour hollandaise sauce and paprika.
5. Serve eggs Benedict.
