Ingredients
  Shredded lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , hard-cooked and cut lengthwise into halves
  Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Green Goddess)
  Cherry tomatoes 5 , cut into halves
  Parsley sprigs/Dill sprigs 2 (For Garnish)
Directions

Arrange lettuce on small oval dish.
Top with egg halves, cut-side down; pour dressing over eggs.
Arrange tomato halves around eggs and garnish with parsley or dill.
