Hard Boiled Eggs Florentine
|Butter||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Hard boiled eggs||6|
|Evaporated milk cheese sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook the spinach, drain well and chop finely, then add butter and plenty of seasoning.
Arrange in the bottom of a buttered dish and place the eggs on top.
These can be halved, in which case put the cut side downwards.
Cover with the sauce and serve.
If desired the mixture can be put into 4 individual scallop shells, the top covered with breadcrumbs and grated cheese and browned under the grill.
