|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Brush 4 custard cups with butter.
Break I egg into each cup; top each with 1 tablespoon of the milk.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes until eggs are set.
Sprinkle cheese over eggs.
Continue baking for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
