|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (Undiluted, 1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||4 , coarsely chopped|
|Toaster corn muffins||4 , toasted (Packaged)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1. In medium saucepan, combine soup and milk, mixing well. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly.
2. Carefully stir in eggs; reheat gently. Serve hot, over corn muffins. Sprinkle with parsley.
