Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Margarine 60 Gram
  Tomato ketchup/Anchovy essence or mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Hard-boil the eggs. Cool and shell. Cut in halves and remove the yolk.
2. Cream the margarine. Add the yolk and sauce and beat until smooth.
3. Pipe the fillings into the egg whites.
4. Serve with salad.
