|Tomato ketchup/Anchovy essence or mayonnaise||1 Tablespoon|
1. Hard-boil the eggs. Cool and shell. Cut in halves and remove the yolk.
2. Cream the margarine. Add the yolk and sauce and beat until smooth.
3. Pipe the fillings into the egg whites.
4. Serve with salad.
