Garlic Prawns Shrimp With Eggs
|Olive oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed / minced (Fat Clove)|
|Shelled shrimp||8 Ounce (2 Cups / 225 Grams)|
Divide the oil and garlic equally between 4 individual ramekin dishes. Cover with vented cling film (plastic wrap) and cook on full power for 1 minute.
Divide the prawns (shrimp) between the dishes and stir to coat in the oil. Push the prawns to one side of the dish and break an egg into the other.
Pierce each yolk carefully with a cocktail stick (toothpick) to prevent them bursting, cover the dishes with vented cling film (plastic wrap) and cook on medium power for 3 1/2 minutes, turning the dishes once.
Let the dishes rest for 1 minute, then serve with crusty bread to mop up the garlic juices.
