Sandwich Loaf, Sliced bread Style

For egg filling
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Finely chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped stuffed olives 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For ham filling
  Canned deviled ham 2 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Finely chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Bread slices 8 (Regular Variety)
  Soft butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon

Combine ingredients for fillings.
Trim crusts from bread; butter.
Arrange 2 slices, butter side up, with narrow ends touching.
Spread with half the Egg Filling.
Top with 2 slices bread.
Spread with Ham Filling.
Top with 2 more bread slices: spread with remaining Egg Filling.
Top with last 2 bread slices, butter side down.
Wrap loaf in foil: chill.
Blend two 3-ounce packages softened cream cheese with 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Frost loaf; chill.
Trim with stuffed-olive slices.
Cut in 6 or 7 1-inch slices.
