Spicy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  Eggs 5
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Salsa 1 Tablespoon
  Cilantro sprig 10
Directions

1. Hard boil eggs (bring to a boil and then 8 minutes on medium heat). Let cool.
2. Peel eggs and slice long wise. Gently remove yolks and place in small bowl. Add mayonnaise to yolks and blend well. Add salsa and blend well. Spoon yolk mixture into hollow of eggs whites. Add sprigs of cilantro for a garnish.
