Shrimp Deviled Eggs
|Eggs||8 , hard cooked|
|Thousand island dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Condensed cream of shrimp soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Halve eggs lengthwise.
Remove yolks; mash; combine with dressing.
Pile into whites.
Arrange in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Blend flour and soup; stir in milk.
Cook and stir till mixture boils.
Stir in cheese till melted; pour over eggs.
Sprinkle crumbs over all.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
