Low Fat Eggs Benedict

Ingredients
  English muffin 1 , split and toasted
  Cooked bacon slices 1 1⁄2 Ounce (Canadian Style)
  Egg 1 Medium, poached
  Imitation mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Caper/1/2 teaspoon minced fresh parsley 1
  Imitation margarine 1 Teaspoon (Or Diet)
Directions

Cover one muffin half with Canadian bacon.
Top with poached egg.
Spread with mayonnaise.
Place under preheated broiler for 1 minute to heat.
Garnish with caper or parsley.
Serve with remaining muffin half, spread with margarine, if desired.
