Low Fat Eggs Benedict
|English muffin||1 , split and toasted|
|Cooked bacon slices||1 1⁄2 Ounce (Canadian Style)|
|Egg||1 Medium, poached|
|Imitation mayonnaise||1 Tablespoon|
|Caper/1/2 teaspoon minced fresh parsley||1|
|Imitation margarine||1 Teaspoon (Or Diet)|
Cover one muffin half with Canadian bacon.
Top with poached egg.
Spread with mayonnaise.
Place under preheated broiler for 1 minute to heat.
Garnish with caper or parsley.
Serve with remaining muffin half, spread with margarine, if desired.
