Freezing Eggs

Ingredients
  Fresh eggs 1 Dozen
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash the eggshells and break each egg into a cup.
Set aside any eggs not fresh enough to be frozen and use as soon as possible.
Combine the eggs in a large bowl and beat with a fork just long enough to combine.
Stir in the salt and pour into freezer containers.
Seal and freeze.
Smaller amounts may be frozen for specific recipes.
