Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, finely chopped (Approximately 3 Cups)
  Ground beef 1⁄4 Pound
  Soy pulp/1/2 cup soy grits and 1/2 cup water simmered together for 8 minutes 1 Cup (16 tbs), simmered (From Preparation Of Soy Milk)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Egg 1
Directions

Combine ingredients, form into thick patties and broil on both sides until brown.
