Baked Or Shirred Eggs
|Cream/Evaporated milk||4 Tablespoon|
1. Start oven, set at Moderate, 350° F. Rub 4 custard cups with margarine. Fill a shallow pan half full of water.
2. Place a tablespoon of cream or evaporated milk in each custard cup. Slip 1 egg into each cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine to each egg. Place the custard cups in the shallow pan of hot water.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
