Akoori Of Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients
  Hard-boiled eggs 8 , cut into fours
  Potatoes 2 Large, peeled and diced
  Worcestershire sauce/Tomato / mango chutney 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
To chop:
  Onions 2 Large
  Tomatoes 2
  Green chilies 4 , seeded
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Cashew nuts 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat fat and fry potatoes till pale golden and crisp.
Remove from fire and drain well.
Add onions and fry till light brown.
Add nuts and fry till light brown.
Add coriander leaves, green chillies, tomatoes and salt.
Mix well.
Remove from fire.
Add sauce or chutney and eggs.
Mix gently and serve immediately.
