Eggs In A Hole

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  White bread slice 4
  Eggs 4 Large
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. While butter melts, with biscuit cutter or glass, cut a 2-inch circle from center of each slice of bread; reserve bread rounds for another use.
2. Arrange bread slices in single layer in skillet. Break 1 egg into each hole. Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper. Cook until eggs are set on bottom, 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter to skillet; carefully turn bread slices with spatula, letting butter run under. Cook eggs to desired degree of doneness, 1 to 2 minutes.
