Ingredients
  Hard boiled egg 4 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon (For garnish)
  Oil 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning)
  Tomato 1 Medium, finely chopped (For Seasoning)
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Onion 1 (For Grinding)
  Coconut 5 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Grinding)
  Garlic 4 (For Grinding)
  Coriander stalk 1⁄4 (For Grinding)
  Roasted gram 1 Teaspoon (For Grinding)
  Ginger 1 Inch (For Grinding)
  Sambar powder 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon (Or more)
Directions

In a pan put oil,when it is hot.
Add onion and fry till it turns to golden brown.
Then add eggs and tomato and fry till become mash.
Now add grind masala,garam masala,salt,water(little) and allow bubbles to come.
When it is completely cooked pour to serving bowl and garnish with coriander.
Eat with hot rice,chapati,roti.

I don't get this recipe...when is the egg supposed to be added..?? Plz fix it so that we can all enjoy this yummy looking dish! :)

wen the sambar is boiling remove the shell n put eggs in it n leave it for 10 min,,,done...
