Poached Eggs Benedict
|Thin broiled ham slices||4|
|Buttered toast slices||4|
|Hollandaise sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1. Trim slices of ham so that they fit neatly over the slices of buttered toast. Lay 1 slice of ham on each piece of toast.
2. Place a poached egg on top of each slice of ham. Top with a little Hollandaise Sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with chopped parsley.
