Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Cold milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Castor sugar 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Vanilla essence 3 Drop (Or To Taste)
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or To Taste)
Directions

Beat yolks and sugar together till thick.
Add milk slowly, mixing well.
Add flavourings.
Whisk egg whites till stiff and fold into mixture.
Stir and serve chilled.
