Deviled Eggs

This is an old fashion dish which I will be cooking in a new way. I have made few changes to it. Watch the video and learn what's new.
Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Jalapeno pepper 1⁄2 , minced
  Dried hatch peppers 1⁄2 , seeded and minced
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Yellow mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Hardboil eggs, wash them in cold water and crack them.
Cut them in half. Using a spoon take out the yolk.
Place the eggs in a platter.
Mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, dried hatch pepper and jalapeno peppers. Mix this mixture in the yolk.
Now, fill this mixture in the eggs.
Sprinkle some smoked paprika over them.
Refrigerate the eggs overnight.
