|Bulk sausage||1 Pound, crumbled|
|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, chopped|
|Onion||1 Medium, diced|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Sour cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Mexican tomato and yellow chili hot sauce||6 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese||16 Ounce, grated|
|Mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce, grated|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine sausage, mushrooms and onion in large skillet.
Saute over medium-high heat until sausage is completely cooked.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Combine eggs and sour cream in blender and whip 1 minute.
Turn into baking dish and bake until eggs are softly set, 4 to 7 minutes.
Spoon hot sauce evenly over top.
Add sausage mixture and top with combined grated cheeses.
