Ingredients
  Boiled egg 4
  Onion 2
  Tomato 1
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves/For garnishing 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Add oil to kadai and add finely chopped onions and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add chopped tomato and saute till oil separates.
Add chili powder and salt saute for 2 minutes.
Add the boiled egg ( slit the egg ) to the kadai and cook it for 5 minutes in sim.
Sprinkle the pepper powder and mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves.
