Okay Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  Egg substitute 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Equivalent To 3 Eggs)
  Low sodium mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Low sodium prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 6 , hard-cooked and cooled
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cook egg substitute according to package directions for scrambled eggs.
2. Mash scrambled egg substitute with mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
3. Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise and discard yolks.
4. Fill each egg half with chilled egg substitute mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
