Okay Deviled Eggs
|Egg substitute||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Equivalent To 3 Eggs)|
|Low sodium mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon|
|Low sodium prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||6 , hard-cooked and cooled|
1. Cook egg substitute according to package directions for scrambled eggs.
2. Mash scrambled egg substitute with mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
3. Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise and discard yolks.
4. Fill each egg half with chilled egg substitute mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
