Smoked Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  Eggs 4 Medium, hardboiled, peeled
  Padron peppers 4 Medium (For smoking the eggs)
  Mustard sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Tango spice blend 3 Pinch (Midnight espresso used)
Directions

MAKING:
1)Smoke the eggs and the peppers for 30 minutes.
2)Let them cool and halve the eggs.
3)In a bowl remove the yolks and mix well with mustard and mayonnaise.
4)Scoop back this mixture on the egg whites.

SERVING:
5)Serve with a few sprinkles of Tango spice midnight espresso blend or your choice of seasoning.
