Stuffed Eggs On Ham
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped gherkins||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped ham||1 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Cooked ham slice||8|
Halve the eggs, remove the yolks, put into a basin and mash well.
Add mayonnaise, chopped parsley, gherkin, seasoning, and any tiny pieces of chopped ham if desired, pile back into white cases.
Stand on slices of ham.
If wished they can be put on to crisp toast or thinly sliced bread and butter, or bread and mustard butter (i.e.butter flavoured with a little made mustard).
