Deviled Eggs With Bacon Rasher

Ingredients
  Hard-boiled eggs 12 , finely chopped
  Minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Streaky bacon rashers 4 , derinded, fried until crisp and crumbled
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 4 Fluid Ounce (120 Milliliter)
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, grated (125 Gram)
  Watercress 1 (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix together the eggs, onion, bacon, mustard, mayonnaise, Tabasco and salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the mixture into 14 portions and shape each into an 'egg'.
Coat with the grated cheese.
Chill the devilled eggs before serving, on a platter garnished with watercress.
