Deviled Eggs With Bacon Rasher
|Hard-boiled eggs||12 , finely chopped|
|Minced onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Streaky bacon rashers||4 , derinded, fried until crisp and crumbled|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||4 Fluid Ounce (120 Milliliter)|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
|Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, grated (125 Gram)|
|Watercress||1 (For Garnish)|
Mix together the eggs, onion, bacon, mustard, mayonnaise, Tabasco and salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the mixture into 14 portions and shape each into an 'egg'.
Coat with the grated cheese.
Chill the devilled eggs before serving, on a platter garnished with watercress.
