Spicy Stuffed Eggs
|Hard cooked eggs||7 , shelled|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
1. Halve 6 of the eggs lengthwise; scoop out yolks. Press yolks and remaining whole egg through a sieve into a small bowl.
2. Stir in mayonnaise or salad dressing and mustard; taste and season with salt and pepper.
3. Pile back into whites; garnish each with a caper. Chill.
