Sunny Side Up Eggs

  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1

Preheat 9-inch browning dish on HI (max. power) 2 minutes.
Add butter and allow to melt.Tip dish to coat surface.
Break eggs into dish and pierce yolks.
Sprinkle lightly with dash of salt and pepper.
Cover with glass lid: cook on HI (max. power) 30 to 60 seconds, according to your preference in yolk firmness.
Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
