Brunch Eggs

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 6 , chopped
  Crushed potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon slices 12 , cooked and crumbled
Directions

Place butter in a 2-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds.
Stir flour into melted butter to make a smooth paste.
Add milk gradually, stirring well.
Microwave at HIGH 4 to 5 minutes, stirring well at 1 minute intervals.
When thick and smooth, add onion, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbly.
Alternate layers of cheese sauce, eggs, potato chips, and bacon in a 10-inch round casserole.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at MEDIUM 12 to 15 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before serving.
