Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 12 (1 Dozen)
  Tofu 10 Ounce, drained
  Spicy brown mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Reduced-calorie mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Remove shells from eggs.
Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and discard.
Place tofu in a large bowl.
Using a fork, mash tofu into small bits.
Add mustard and mayonnaise and mix well.
Stuff into egg whites.
Top with paprika if desired.
Serve chilled.
