Easy Deep Frying Egg

Ingredients
  Cherry tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Parsley 10 Gram, chopped
  Bacon 2 , chopped
  Eggs 3
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar To Taste
  Black pepper powder To Taste
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
Directions

Take a bowl and break in the eggs. Add the chopped bacons, cherry tomatoes, parsley and bean sprouts. Mix. Lightly beat the ingredients together. Add the salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Take a pan and add ½ cup of oil. Add the garlic. Pour in the egg mixture. Deep fry the egg till golden brown. Turn over and deep fry for 10 seconds. Serve with rice.

I have also eaten this with minced pork instead of bacon and with some chiles minced or nam phrik pla. I try not to deep fry but this tastes so good!!!!! Was that Mountain Sauce/Seasoning instead of Soy Sauce? I use Thai White Soy in some dishes and also Thai Mountain Sauce. Even Thai Oyster Sauce hasd a different flavour from Chinese! Shanti/Mary-Anne
