Eggs Benedict With Ham

Ingredients
  English muffins 2 , split
  Smoked pork loin canadian style bacon slice 4 , 1/4 inch
  Poached eggs 4 Small
  Hollandaise sauce 4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Toast muffins in toaster; keep warm.
2. Put Canadian bacon in a glass pie plate. Cover with waxed paper. Heat in microwave oven 2 to 3 minutes at HIGH.
3. Put muffin halves on individual serving plates; top with bacon slices, poached eggs and Hollandaise Sauce.
