Eggs Benedict With Ham
|English muffins||2 , split|
|Smoked pork loin canadian style bacon slice||4 , 1/4 inch|
|Poached eggs||4 Small|
|Hollandaise sauce||4 Teaspoon|
1. Toast muffins in toaster; keep warm.
2. Put Canadian bacon in a glass pie plate. Cover with waxed paper. Heat in microwave oven 2 to 3 minutes at HIGH.
3. Put muffin halves on individual serving plates; top with bacon slices, poached eggs and Hollandaise Sauce.
