Poached Eggs & Parma Ham On Muffins

Ingredients
  Muffins 2 , halved (Breakfast Muffins)
  Parma ham slice/Lean traditional ham 2
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Eggs 2
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Toast the muffin halves on both sides.
Top 2 of the muffin halves with the Parma ham and the tomato.
Poach the eggs and place 1 on each of the muffin halves.
