Pickled Egg recipe.A traditionally made pickled eggs with cloves,vinegar & mustard.
Ingredients
  Mild mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  White vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 1 Tablespoon
  Whole cloves 6
  Onions 2 Medium
  Hard boiled eggs 12
Directions

Blend mustard & vinegar in a pan,add sugar,salt,celery seeds,cloves & onion to this vinegar mix.Bring this to a boil then cover it & let it simmer for about 10 minutes.Once done,let it cool & then poor over the hard boiled eggs.Chill these eggs over night & serve cold.This can also be used as a great salad preparation.
