Eggs In Aspic
|Aspic jelly crystals||1 Ounce (25 Gram Packet)|
|Hard boiled eggs||4 , sliced|
|Cooked carrots||4 , cut into strips or slices|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Make up the aspic jelly according to the instructions on the packet.
Pour a little of the aspic into the bottom of a serving dish and chill until set.
Arrange the egg slices and carrots on the aspic, then carefully pour over the remaining aspic.
Chill again until set.
Turn out to serve, garnished with parsley.
