Chili Cheese Eggs
|Shredded cheddar cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cup)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cup)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Layer Cheddar cheese, chilies and Monterey Jack cheese in baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
2. Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk in 4-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%), stirring with fork every minute, until hot, 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Quickly pour egg mixture evenly over cheese. Elevate baking dish on inverted dinner plate in microwave. Cover loosely and microwave on medium (50%), rotating baking dish 1/2 turn every 5 minutes, until center is set, 15 to 17 minutes.
4. Pour tomato sauce into small bowl. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with eggs.
