Basic Creamed Eggs
|Frozen green peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , sliced|
|Sliced pimiento stuffed olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Mix peas and soup in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until hot and bubbly, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
2. Fold in eggs, olives, onion and poultry seasoning. Cover tightly and microwave on medium-high (70%) until hot and bubbly, 4 to 6 minutes. If a thinner consistency is desired, stir in 2 tablespoons milk.
