|Butter||1⁄2 Ounce, softened (15 Gram)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Smoked salmon||2 Ounce, chopped (50 Gram)|
|Thin lemon slice||4 , twisted|
Arrange the lettuce leaves on four small serving plates.
Remove the yolks from the eggs and mash them in a small bowl with the butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and salmon.
Pile back into the egg whites, top with the lemon slices and serve on the lettuce leaves.
