|Cheese sauce||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)|
|Cheese||1 Ounce, grated (25 Gram)|
|Toasted triangle||2 (For Garnishing)|
Cook the spinach according to the directions on the packet.
Dissolve the cornflour in the milk and add to the spinach with salt and pepper.
Stir well and pour into a flameproof dish.
Spread out the spinach, then place the eggs on top.
Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with the cheese.
Cook under a preheated grill until the top is golden brown.
