Eggs Florentine

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 4 Ounce (100 Gram Packet)
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Eggs 2 , poached
  Cheese sauce 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Cheese 1 Ounce, grated (25 Gram)
  Toasted triangle 2 (For Garnishing)
Directions

Cook the spinach according to the directions on the packet.
Dissolve the cornflour in the milk and add to the spinach with salt and pepper.
Stir well and pour into a flameproof dish.
Spread out the spinach, then place the eggs on top.
Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with the cheese.
Cook under a preheated grill until the top is golden brown.
