|Hard boiled eggs||6 , chopped|
|Potatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled, cooked and mashed (750 Gram)|
|Cheese||3 Ounce, grated (75 Gram)|
|Chopped spring onions/Chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Mix together the hard-boiled eggs, potatoes, cheese, spring onions or chives, salt and pepper.
Form into egg shapes, then dip in the beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
